How do I get started?
First, you’ll need to fill out the form or Schedule a call with us. Then in the call, we’ll discuss our process and your video expectations. After the call, we will send an invoice to you over the mail. Once you have made the payment, our production process will start and we will deliver the video on time.
What is the process after the payment has been made?
We’ll send you a questionnaire sheet to fill out. You have to fill out the sheet and mail it to us. Then we will begin with scripting, voice-over, storyboard, and animation. You will be assigned a project manager who will be in touch with you till the delivery of the video.
What if I need changes in the video / I don’t like the video ?
The project manager will show you each segment’s (Script, voice-over, storyboard, and animation ) output to you and ask for your suggestions. Only after you approve we will proceed to the next step of video production
How much content can fit in 60 Seconds?
A 60 seconds script will contain around 150 words. With 150 words we can cover these sections: Problem, brand introduction, your brand’s solution, your unique features, and call to action. If you need even more content to convey your brand’s features we can extend the script.
Do I need to pay extra for IP and other rights?
There are no extra fees for gaining the rights. Once accepting the delivery, you will have full rights to the video and can use it anywhere, and everywhere you like.
How many revisions / changes do you provide ?
We offer unlimited revisions for every project we handle. We will make the requested changes to the video until you are satisfied.
